The fee for your treatment is based on the complexity of the tooth and will be presented during your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We work with your insurance company to provide an estimate at the time of consultation. However, the final determination of fees is between you and your insurance company. Our team will assist in facilitating communication to ensure a smooth process.

Consultations

If treatment is not required or another course of action is better, Dr. Fein will work with you and your general dentist. Please note that the consultation, including examination, is a billable service.

Billing Questions

For any questions regarding billing or insurance coverage, feel free to contact us. We will promptly resolve any issues that may arise. Any remaining balance after insurance is your responsibility.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and offer financing through Care Credit. Please ask our staff for more information.
